François Labelle, agr., is an Expert in organic dairy production on the Valacta R&D team since 2008. After graduating in Agriculture at McGill University in 1989, François gets field experience with organic dairy producers, and becomes advisor for a technical support advisory club in organic production, specializing in dairy farming. In 2004, he becomes course lecturer in Animal Production at the Alfred Campus of Guelph University, Ontario. In 2005, after contributing to the implementation of the Organic dairy production research centre, he becomes manager of the College farm, in charge of the transition to organic farming. Since 2008, his expertise benefits both the Alfred Campus and Valacta.
