Robert Moore, Ph.D., is Scientific Manager on the Valacta R&D team. After studying under Dr. John E. Moxley, the founder of DHAS / PATLQ / Valacta, Robert joined the organisation in 1980 and has been a major asset in its scientific development ever since. He played a key role in the creation of the Vision2000 program and databank with our Canadian DHI partners in the late 90’s, and its ongoing improvement since then.
