Thanks to a data entry network developed in 2004 with the support of the dairy industry (CIAQ, ATQ, MAPAQ, CQRL, Holstein-Canada, Holstein-Québec), Valacta technicians support dairy producers in their herd management, in order to achieve the maximum productivity and profitability of dairy farms.

  • Electronic entry of production data with the Agri-Lacta Contact software (milk weights, feeding data, events, functional traits, health data, etc.).
  • On-farm printouts of reports, basic analysis and identification of strong points and areas of improvement.
  • Herd Book registration and activation of permanent identification
    (ATQ) by electronic data transfer.
  • Data transfer to Valacta advisors (see Advisory services) and to the Valacta central computer (see Information Technology services).
