Dairy Evolution / Production Report

Published every spring, Évolution de la production laitière québécoise (Dairy Evolution), previously the Rapport de production (Production report) provides a unique overview of the performance of Quebec dairy farms enrolled with Valacta and offers a review of the accomplishments of the dairy industry partners. More than 10,000 copies are distributed as a special issue of the magazine Le producteur de lait québécois.
