Training Courses 2008-2009

Every year, Valacta provides dairy producers and industry partners with a series of training sessions aimed at improving the dairy farm's productivity and profitability.

For 2008-2009, several courses are available across Quebec, from November to the end of March, when a sufficient number of persons are interested.

In the Valacta Atlantic region, the prime training course offered this year is The Knowledge to Act: Reproduction, in a special edition adapted to the reality of the Eastern Provinces. For more information, read Targeting reproduction... at last !, a 2-page article by Dr. Jean Durocher, DVM, Dairy Herd Health Coordinator at R&D Valacta. See also the course content.

To enrol or get more information, please contact a Valacta employee or call our customer service, toll free, at 1-800-266-5248.

The 2008-2009 Schedule (PDF) is on-line since October 17. It is a very preliminary version, but will keep growing in the next few weeks. Updates go on line every Friday, at the end of the day.
