The cattle feed sample is emptied in a plastic crate, where it is mixed to ensure a uniform sample.
The sample goes into a rectangular metal box with a glass side, which goes into the Foss infrared analyser.
Results go to the computer. The report is printed and sent to the client by fax or e-mail.
The return time is 24 hours, for a quick adjustment of the ration.
