Homogenized Milk
Kits of 6 samples, prepared once a month.

Cream
Four different kits, prepared once a month:
A: 4 samples, with butterfat concentrations 10-15-35-40%
B: 8 samples ranging from 5 to 40%
C: 4 samples ranging from 5 to 20%
D: 4 samples ranging from 25 to 40%

Reference Analyses

Protein: Kjeldhal method

Fat: Röse-Gottlieb method, with Mojonnier extractor

Lactose: HPLC method

Total Solids: by convection oven

Each sample is analyzed in duplicata.
